If you are looking to bring home the flavor of the islands, BBQ'n Fools Jerk Rub does exactly that. Made with authentic ingreidents, and taking no shortcuts, this rub will adda wonderful flavor to fish, pork, beef, chicken, and even vegetables. We need to warn you, it also brings home the heat of the islands as well!
Servings Suggestions:

Rub on 1 to 2 tsp per pound of meat. Allow to marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour. Cook on grill, oven or using your favorite method.

Shake onto hambruger for great island style burgers. For more flavor, add BBQ'n Fools Teriyaki Glaze.

Mix 3 Tbsp Jerk rub, 3 Tbsp canola oil, 2 Tbsp soy sauce and 1 Tbsp cider vinegar. Add 1-1/2 lbs chicken parts, or 1 lb pork loin. Marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator and then broil or grill until cooked.

Onion, salt, sugar, spices (including pepper, thyme and allspice), Habanero peppers, orange zest, chives.
